Children’s Privacy Notice

Who this notice covers

DooLuma offers drawing tutorials and creative activities that may appeal to children under 13. The website is designed so that parents, legal guardians, caregivers, and teachers choose resources, follow retailer links, and contact us. The current website does not offer child accounts, email subscriptions, public comments, chat, contests, purchases from DooLuma, or artwork uploads.

Information we do not ask children to provide

We do not knowingly ask a child under 13 to provide a name, email address, telephone number, home address, school, precise location, photo, voice recording, drawing upload, account information, or other personal information. Children should use DooLuma with a parent, legal guardian, caregiver, or teacher and should not enter personal information into the site search.

Technical operation of the website

Hostinger and Cloudflare help host, deliver, protect, and measure the performance of the website. In providing those functions, they may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device type, request time, requested page, referrer, approximate country, and performance timing. DooLuma uses this information only for network communication, security, troubleshooting, aggregate traffic measurement, and maintaining or analyzing the website’s operation—not to contact a child, build a behavioral profile, or deliver behaviorally targeted advertising.

DooLuma uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare’s current documentation, this service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not fingerprint or track individual visitors across websites. DooLuma does not currently use GA4, Pinterest Tag, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, or behavioral advertising.

Amazon links

Some pages contain clearly labeled paid links to Amazon. When an adult chooses to follow one of those links, the visitor leaves DooLuma and Amazon processes information under its own privacy notice and settings. Children should not make purchases or visit retailer pages without a grown-up.

Retention

DooLuma does not create profiles about individual children. Cloudflare currently states that unsampled Web Analytics beacon data is retained for seven days and that dashboard analytics are available for the previous six months. Hosting and security logs are retained only for the provider’s operational period or longer when reasonably necessary to investigate a security incident or comply with law. If DooLuma learns that a child submitted personal information, we will use reasonable steps to locate and delete it after completing any legally required response.

Parent or guardian requests

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information, email [email protected]. Include only the information needed to locate the record. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the requester is the child’s parent or guardian before disclosing or deleting information.
