Terms of Use

1. Agreement and adult supervision
By using DooLuma, you agree to these Terms. Retailer links and communications with DooLuma are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Adults are responsible for choosing age-appropriate activities and supervising children’s use of activities and supplies.
2. Creative and educational information
DooLuma provides general creative activities. It does not provide medical, psychological, occupational-therapy, developmental, legal, or educational-assessment advice. Age ranges are flexible guides.
3. Safety
A grown-up should review current manufacturer age guidance, warnings, included pieces, and use instructions before giving a product or activity material to a child. Substitute or stop an activity when a tool, small object, allergy, ability, or setting makes it unsuitable.
4. Intellectual property
Unless a stated license says otherwise, DooLuma and Pencil Pals Press content, artwork, text, branding, and design are protected materials. You may view public pages for personal, non-commercial use and link to their public URLs. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, use to train a model, or distribute substantial content without written permission or a stated license.
5. Affiliate links and third-party sites
DooLuma may earn commissions from clearly labeled links. Amazon and other external sites are separate services that control their own prices, availability, orders, payments, shipping, returns, content, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not mean that DooLuma controls or guarantees the external site or product. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with security, use automated extraction without permission, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse DooLuma content.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The website and free information are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular creative or learning outcome, search ranking, revenue result, or third-party product performance.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of DooLuma is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from voluntary use of free website information or a third-party site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer’s place of residence. Disputes will be handled by a court or other forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively in Taiwan when applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms when the website or law changes. The revised version will show a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
